Job summary

Morada Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our community at Morada Friendswood. You will operate the dish-washing machine to clean and sanitize dishes and kitchenware, while maintaining a sanitary and organized environment.

Responsibilities include following cleaning schedules, complying with safety procedures, and assisting with receiving supplies. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with 1 year of prior experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish-washing machine to clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, clutter-free, and safe food service environment by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing floors; clean and sanitize the dish machine.
• Clean production equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Meet appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Record and maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in receiving food and non-food supplies.

• Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for the following measures for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.
