Rokka Grill & Whiskey Bar is looking for a dedicated and organized Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to keeping the restaurant running smoothly by ensuring dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for service.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong time management, communication, and attention to cleanliness are important for success in this role.

Dishwasher Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, dry, and properly store dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
• Ensure clean dishes and equipment are available for cooks, servers, bartenders, and other team members
• Restock dishware, flatware, and kitchen stations as needed
• Clean kitchen equipment, appliances, dish machines, and work areas
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries when needed
• Sweep and mop floors, especially after spills or broken items
• Take out trash and clean trash receptaclesSupport kitchen and restaurant staff with additional tasks as needed
• Report kitchen accidents, safety concerns, or food safety violations to management
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures

Dishwasher Requirements:

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
