• Monday - Friday
• 8 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.
• Occasional catering events

What you'll do :

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!
• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
• Set up and break down the dish machine and santize equipment in the kitchen.
• To maintain hygiene standards, the water in machines and sinks is changed every two hours, or even more frequently if the business demands it. Additionally, chemical dilutions are used in the correct manner.
• Assist with food preparation and any other tasks assigned or requested by the chef as necessary.

What you'll need :

• Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
• Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
• Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.
