WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Loads and unloads dishwashers; cleans Food & Beverage areas, food storage, and prep equipment.
• Provides high-level customer service, promoting a positive, fun, and entertaining experience for guests and team members.
• Operates dish machine to clean dishes, utensils, and cookware, ensuring items are sanitized and properly stored.
• Maintains dish machine with appropriate additives and logs temperatures.
• Cleans all Food & Beverage areas and maintains cooking equipment like ovens, grills, fryers, and coolers.
• Uses a three-compartment sink for cleaning utensils and cookware; operates and cleans power wash sinks and salvajor as needed.
• Operates industrial equipment such as electric carts, dumpster lifts, and cardboard crushers safely.
• Communicates politely and professionally with guests, coworkers, and management, practicing excellent customer service.
• Removes trash, debris, and maintains safety and orderliness in work areas.
• Reports hazards, unsafe conditions, product shortages, and restocks supplies promptly.
• Acts professionally at all times, completes tasks as assigned, and attends mandatory meetings and training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Some sanitation experience preferred.
• Must understand and speak English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Demands: Regular talking, hearing, standing, walking; occasional sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching; lifting up to 50 pounds; manual dexterity; vision requirements include close and distant sight; able to push/pull carts and equipment up to 250 lbs.

STARTING SALARY
