Responsibilities

• Support patient and cafeteria food service tasks.
• Operate dish machines, wash, stack, and store dishes and flatware.
• Wash, sanitize, and store pots, pans, and utensils.
• Remove trash and maintain floor surfaces.
• Assist in trayline activities, including reading menus and assembling patient food trays.
• Prepare and portion beverages, desserts, and salads as directed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Previous food service and sanitation experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good agility and reading ability.
