Job summary

A leading seafood restaurant chain in Fayetteville seeks a Dishwasher/Utility to maintain cleanliness within the restaurant. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishware, operating equipment, and assisting the kitchen team. Ideal candidates are team players with attention to detail. Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country.
• Culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
• Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment.
• Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Supporting the Cooks with prep work and preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits.
• Following all cleanliness and safety protocols.
