A leading seafood restaurant chain in Antioch, TN, seeks a Dishwasher/Utility to ensure cleanliness and support kitchen operations. Responsibilities include cleaning dishware, operating equipment, and maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness. Candidates should be team players with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts. Culinary experience is preferred. Qualifications

• Culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
• Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment.
• Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Working as one kitchen, by supporting the Cooks with prep work.
• Focusing on your team and guests, with guest and team in mind.
• Following all cleanliness and safety protocols.
