Position Summary

Dishwasher/Utility/Bake Assist Employee Description

The Dishwasher/Utility/Bake Assist employee washes dishes from the Baking and Frosting departments and maintains cleanliness throughout the bakery, including floors, walls, bathrooms, and shelves. This role also assists other departments as needed, such as scooping cake batter, flipping cakes, folding boxes, and labeling containers.

Compensation

The employee will earn a minimum of $11.00 per hour to start, with potential for additional compensation based on drive, ability to learn quickly, and desire to improve. Performance bonuses and other perks are available.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Washing all pans and utensils from Frosting and Baking departments
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Maintaining cleanliness of walls, floors, shelves, and surfaces
• Cleaning refrigerator and cooler units
• Cleaning floor drains
• Emptying trash and taking it to the dumpster
• Assisting bakers and frosters with daily tasks
• Assisting other departments as necessary
• Folding boxes and labeling containers
