The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks, including maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in all Food Service areas. Tasks include dishwashing, pot washing, general sanitation, cleaning, and use of kitchen equipment. Assisting in the service and storage of food and equipment. May serve meals on patient tray line.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Transports food carts and other equipment to designated areas in a courteous and professional manner following departmental procedures.
  • Delivers par stock supplies to identified units and cleans as per department policy.
  • Operates and cleans dish machines and assigned equipment, including routine sanitizer solutions and temperature checks.
  • Reports needed maintenance or repairs of equipment used.
  • Transports garbage and recyclable materials to assigned areas.
