Responsibilities
- Wash all dishes from the baking and frosting departments.
- Keep walls, floors, shelves, and surfaces clean.
- Clean refrigerator and cooler units.
- Fold boxes and label containers as directed.
- Take out trash and boxes.
- Assist the baker and froster as directed.
- Service the grease trap or notify the manager when service is needed.
