The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Dishwasher/Utility Employee plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and guest-ready operation by meeting high-volume dishwashing demands and maintaining a clean, sanitized bakery. Accountabilities/Duties

1. Manually washes, rinses, and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner, adhering to all NbC standards.
2. Monitors sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
3. Removes garbage, sweeps, mops floors, and cleans floor drains.
4. Performs routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom.
5. Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks the workstation, ensuring all cleaning supplies are prepared for the next shift.
6. Monitors inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies management when replenishment is needed.
7. Assists in unloading, processing, and storing weekly supplies delivery.
8. Supports team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed.
9. Follows all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and personal hygiene.
10. Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality.
