A Day In The Life

Every day is different as you work for Via 313. Your responsibilities may include cleaning and sanitizing dishes to ensure Cooks and Servers have the supplies needed to prepare and serve delicious Detroit-style pizza. You may also take on various other tasks in the back of house as needed.
