Job Summary

The Dishwasher ensures all wares for the front and back of the house are clean and sanitized.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Wash all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses by hand or using dishwashers.
• Properly store and organize clean dishes and utensils.
• Stock serving stations, cupboards, and refrigerators.
• Clean trash receptacles.
• Transport dishwashing supplies and equipment.
• Assist in food prep and cleaning as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment following health and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
