Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Truist Park in Atlanta, GA is hiring a seasonal Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. You will use your knowledge of kitchen operations as a Kitchen Helper and Utility Worker, cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, and cooking equipment to ensure a safe, hygienic dining experience for guests.

The position offers a $17.35 per hour wage with benefits on our comprehensive package, and shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and events in a dynamic stadium

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow directions and work cooperatively with others.
• Ability to understand and follow kitchen procedures and safety guidelines.
• Experience in dishwashing or kitchen helper roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring sanitizer levels meet health standards.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping storage organized.
• Remove trash and sanitize garbage cans and trash area.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Dishwasher to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. When you use your knowledge of kitchen operations as a Kitchen Helper and Utility Worker, nothing will block your path in our team. Carefully cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen space and equipment, as well as all equipment used for serving food and beverages, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and quality dining experience for our guests is our focal point.

Pay

$17.35 - $17.35 / hour

What will you do?

• Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks are at the specific requirements for health standards
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organised
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, as well as clean and sanitize the garbage cans

Physical requirements

• Must be able to carry up to 60 lbs, placing items above and below head height
• Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
