Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash and store all service ware, cookware and utensils used in food preparation and service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organization.
• Assist with cross training and support for FOH/BOH as needed.
