Casa Bonita is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and organization by washing, storing, and ensuring the availability of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior dishwashing experience. Strong English communication, reliability, and the ability to work Thursday–Sunday shifts are essential.

• Able to communicate in English effectively during guest interactions.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, days, late nights, and holidays.
• Regular and dependable attendance is essential.
• Availability for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening shifts, and Sunday morning shifts, on an ongoing basis. This availability is an essential function of the role.

Responsibilities

• Follow established steps of service to maintain a clean, efficient, and organized dishwashing operation.
• Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and comply with all company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace throughout your shift.
• Wash, sanitize, and stock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment for the kitchen team and Front of House team.
• Set up, break down, and clean the dish machine, including arms, screens, and baskets.
• Monitor the dish machine’s operation and water temperature and report any issues to the manager.
• Properly dispose of garbage, recyclables, and food waste in designated areas.
• Sweep and mop floors in the dishwashing and kitchen areas to prevent slips and hazards.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries, taking out trash, and completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by any manager or VP of Operations based on business needs.
