Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking a diligent dishwasher to support our hotel kitchen operations in Chattanooga, TN. You will wash, sanitize, and polish dishware, maintaining a pristine work area to meet presentation standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment
• Polish stainless steel and silverware to hotel presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, walls, vents, and work surfaces
• Clean spills promptly to ensure a safe kitchen environment
• Empty, clean, and return trash bins as needed
• Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects
