Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a dependable dishwasher to support The Waymark Hotel in Chattanooga, TN. You will handle washing and sanitizing dishware, polishing silverware, and maintaining a clean dishwashing area to uphold high kitchen standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Polish stainless steel and silverware to hotel presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, walls, vents, and work surfaces.
• Clean spills promptly to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Empty, clean, and return trash bins as needed.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects.
