Job summary

The Clydesdale, opening in St. Louis’ Ballpark Village, seeks a dependable dishwasher to support a chef-driven concept. You will help maintain a clean kitchen, operate the dish washing equipment, and ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are ready for service.

Candidates should have prior restaurant experience, be fluent in English, and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Join a team focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the dish room and dish machine, and assist with cleaning other areas as requested.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment.
• Perform more than one task at a time.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Operate dish washing machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans throughout the shift.
• Keep all trash and dumpster areas clean and organized.
• Assist with taking out garbage when needed.
• Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
