Little Hen is seeking a dishwasher/polisher to join our team and ensure tableware is spotless to the restaurant’s standards. This role bridges the kitchen and wait staff, supporting operations during busy mornings and weekends.

The ideal candidate will have entry-level restaurant experience, knowledge of hygiene and food safety, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while staying organized and professional.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dishwasher or similar entry-level role in a restaurant.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
• Availability to work morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Multi-tasking abilities and attention to details.
• Must be organized and careful with all dishes.
• Ability to move heavy items up and down stairs.
• Good oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Polish tableware to ensure it is completely clean to Little Hen standards.
• Support kitchen and wait staff by handling dishwashing and polishing tasks.
