Position Details

Title: Dishwasher Supervisor

Pay Range: $19 to $21 per hour

Job Summary

Perform duties to maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sweep and mop floors regularly to ensure safety and sanitation.
2. Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
3. Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
4. Segregate and dispose of trash properly, including steam cleaning trash cans.
5. Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other food prep equipment.
6. Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas safely.
7. Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup as needed.
8. Help load, unload, and deliver supplies and products.
9. Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as required.
10. Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
