Fcg-Texas-LLC is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Buss­er to maintain a clean and safe dining environment. Responsibilities include cleaning dishes, setting tables, and assisting servers to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.

The role requires basic reading, writing, and communication skills, with 6 months to 1 year of dishwashing/busser experience preferred. This is an on‑site position emphasizing teamwork and efficient guest care.

Formación

• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Six months to one year minimum dishwashing and/or Busser experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Clean dishes, glassware, and utensils using the dish machine and by hand as required.
• Set and maintain clean tables; provide quick, quiet, efficient seating and clearing for guests.
• Perform bussing duties and assist servers and hosts to maintain a smooth dining flow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary restaurant area including back dock and trash areas.
• Communicate with Managers and Team Members to resolve guest requests and complaints.

Job OverviewResponsible for cleaning all dishes, smallwares, and glassware within the restaurant according to standards and expectations while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary work area.
