Job summary

Hamilton Hotel Washington, D.C. is seeking a diligent dishwasher to support our kitchen and dining operations. You will wash dishes and utensils, restock clean glassware and silverware, and help maintain a sanitary kitchen area in line with health department standards.

Responsibilities include rotating stock FIFO, disposing trash, and assisting with general cleaning tasks as needed by the supervisory team to ensure a smooth guest service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hotel dishwashing and general cleaning.
• Ability to restock glassware, silverware and plates.
• Commitment to health department standards and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes and cooking utensils and restocks clean wares.
• Performs general cleaning to comply with health standards.
• Puts away food stock and rotates stock using first-in, first-out.
• Removes trash and disposes at loading dock dumpster.
