Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and self-directed Dishwasher to join our Kitchen Team at the luxurious St. Anthony Hotel. The Dishwasher will support kitchen operations by washing dishes and equipment to ensure smooth kitchen line operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock areas.
• Break down trays, set up dish machine, wash dishware, and properly store all clean china, glass, and silverware.
• Empty trashcans and clean inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Disassemble and clean the dish machine.
• Clean all breakdown tables, tile walls, and baseboards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
