Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, flatware and cooking utensils for kitchens, restaurants and banquets.
• Stock supplies in proper storage areas and keep kitchen areas clean.
• Clean and mop kitchen floors, walk-ins and freezers; manage trash, bottles and recycling.
• Inspect, pull and stack cleaned items; re-scrub and re-wash as needed.
• Assist servers with clearing room service trays when required.
