Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a part-time Steward to keep our restaurant and kitchens clean and sanitary. The role includes cleaning equipment, appliances, hoods, and maintaining overall sanitation across kitchen areas.

Responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service, regular cleaning of stations, and ensuring safety while handling heavy equipment. A flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and events is required.

Qualifications

• Be able to lift 40lbs or more.
• Stand, bend, stoop, reach, kneel for long periods.
• Perform all duties while standing.

Job description

The Steward is responsible for the cleanliness of all our restaurant/kitchens. This position is also responsible for sanitation and washing of all kitchen equipment, appliances, hoods and more!

Essential Functions

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Maintain a high level of cleaning and sanitation.
• Cleaning of all equipment and appliances in kitchens.
• Regular cleaning of satellite stations.

Required

• Be able to lift up and operate heavy pieces of equipment (40lbs or more).
• Perform all duties while standing, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling.

Schedule

Part-time that varies based on events and holidays and includes days, nights and weekends.

$15.00/hour (including premium pay) with Paid Time Off upon hire
