WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and sanitary manner according to OSHA and ServSafe standards.
• Remove garbage and trash, and place refuse in designated areas.
• Operate mechanical devices such as scrubbers and dishwashers.
• Follow cleanliness and sanitation standards set by ServSafe.
• Ensure all kitchen and storage areas are kept clean and sanitary, including steam cleaning mats and washing walls and ceilings.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas using hand-trucks.
• Stock serving stations with utensils.
• Maintain safe working conditions in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Report in uniform, with good personal hygiene, and be presentable.
• Provide a positive guest experience through greeting, eye contact, smiling, and courteous farewells.
• Exhibit friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior with customers and team members.
