Job summary

Tupelo Grille in Whitefish, MT is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to keep the back-of-house running smoothly and ensure a continuous supply of clean dishes for both kitchen and floor staff. You will assist with basic cleaning tasks to maintain a sanitary, organized environment throughout service.

No experience is required; we will train the right candidate. Expect a team-first atmosphere with weekend availability and a respectful, supportive workplace for the entire crew.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Able to stand for an entire shift, in a wet environment, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine safely and efficiently throughout service
• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, flatware, and cookware
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area throughout the shift
• Return clean wares to their designated locations in the kitchen and bar promptly
• Remove and dispose of trash and recycling as needed
• Sweep and mop kitchen and dish area floors as directed
• Assist with basic kitchen breakdown and cleaning tasks at the end of service
• Communicate supply levels (chemicals, rack space) and equipment issues to management
