You will set up and break down the dish washing area, operate the dish machine, and ensure service ware is cleaned and returned to storage. Qualifications

• Entry level position with on-the-job training
• Minors (under the age of 18) must obtain a valid work permit, if required by the State in which they are being employed

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown of the dish washing area
• Prepare and break down the dish machine and scraping area for service ware and pots
• Work with other dishwashers as a team, scraping, racking and washing the service ware
• Return cleaned items to the established storage area
