Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our guests and staff. With your attention to detail and dedication to quality, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of our culinary team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using dishwashing machines.
  • Ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized according to established standards and procedures.
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including disposing of waste and recycling materials.
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables, as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to support efficient workflow and timely service during peak hours.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.
  • Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors and managers to meet operational needs and guest expectations.
