Olympia Hospitality in Conway, NH is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to keep dishes, pots and utensils spotless and ready for service. You will operate a commercial dishwashing machine and assist with general kitchen cleanup.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using dishwashers.
• Sort and stack clean dishes properly, ensuring they are stored in designated areas.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and countertops.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.
• Adhere to proper food handling and storage guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
