Job summary

Denny's is hiring a Service Assistant to help keep the restaurant clean, support servers, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This role supports daily operations and helps maintain a welcoming dining area.

You will assist with dishwashing, bussing, and general sanitation, contributing to a safe and efficient service flow while adhering to standards and policies. The position offers hourly pay and potential growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Standing for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, lifting during peak hours
• Must be able to move up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall sanitation of the restaurant, inside and out.
• Keep dishes properly cleaned and stocked.
• Complete deep cleaning duties, such as walls, floors, walk-in cooler/freezer and outside area.
• Bus tables as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any safety hazards, guest complaints, or issues that may affect guest satisfaction.
