Job summary

Bonaventure of Salem is seeking an energetic Dishwasher/Server to join our premier retirement, assisted living and memory care community. You will help deliver an exceptional dining experience, connect with residents, and support a team that values safety and well-being.

Responsibilities include bussing, cleaning, sanitizing wares, serving graciously, and taking orders while learning residents’ preferences. A Food Handler card and flexible schedule are required or desired.

Qualifications

• Desire to serve seniors with care and respect.
• Willingness to obtain a Food Handler card.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Buss and clean dining areas and wash all dinnerware.
• Sanitize kitchen wares and food prep areas.
• Maintain a clean, tidy working area and return items to proper locations.
• Serve residents in a gracious and timely manner.
• Handle dishes, glassware and utensils safely.
• Take food orders and learn resident preferences.
• Deliver food quickly with friendly service.
