Bonaventure of Milwaukie is seeking an energetic, dependable Dishwasher/Server to join our team. We are a premier retirement, assisted living, and memory care community dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents. The Dishwasher/Server role offers a consistent schedule and minimal late shifts to help you connect with family and friends.

Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour. Responsibilities include bussing, cleaning, sanitation, and delivering pleasant service.

Qualifications

• Desire to make a difference in residents' lives.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Be able to obtain a Food Handler card.
• Serving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick & efficient bussing and cleaning of the dining areas and washing of all dinner ware.
• Cooperate and participate in cleaning and sanitation of kitchen wares and food prep areas.
• Maintain a clean and tidy working area, returning clean items to proper locations.
• Enthusiastically pitch in to ensure every resident is served graciously and timely.
• Ensure safe handling of dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Take food orders and get to know residents' preferences.
• Provide quick, efficient, and pleasant delivery of food with exceptional customer service.
