The Dishwasher will report to the Kitchen Manager and is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for pizza trays, glassware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment. The Dishwasher will also assist with kitchen prep work and cleaning duties as needed. This person will provide excellent guest experience and help carry out our overall mission to make the best beverages, and now pizza, in the world and to serve them in the most friendly and memorable environment possible.

This is a part-time position, based in Saratoga Springs, NY, and requires mandatory availability Thursday-Sunday.

The starting pay for this position is $17.00/hr (with 1.5x your hourly rate on Sundays).

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for the following:

• Washing, stacking, sorting, and storing dishes, pizza trays, glassware, utensils, and cookware
• Maintaining a clean kitchen and keeping the dish area organized and free of clutter
• Setting up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks
• Maintaining clean, dry floors throughout the shift through sweeping and mopping
• Helping other team members unload and store deliveries
• Cleaning kitchen appliances and machines as needed
• Taking out trash
• Assisting in prepping and portioning pizza toppings to ensure successful pizza service
• Monitoring inventory and notifying management of low stock levels
• Keeping work areas and the overall kitchen sanitized and clean
• Performing other kitchen duties as assigned

Applicant Requirements

• Ability to work consistently Thursday through Sunday
• Previous experience as a Dishwasher in a professional setting preferred
• Must be 18 or older to apply
• A food handler’s license is preferred; ability to obtain one is required
• Understanding and adherence to food safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift and lift up to 20 lbs regularly without assistance
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively in a team
• Excellent communication skills
