Chick-fil-A Brooklyn Junction is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher / Utility & Sanitations Team Member to maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. The role emphasizes proactive work, urgency, and teamwork to ensure dishes, trash, and cleaning areas remain in excellent condition throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include continuous dish washing, cardboard and garbage management, floor cleanliness, and closing tasks that prepare the restaurant for the next day.

Qualifications

• Stand for extended periods and move about the kitchen.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow food-safety procedures.
• Willingness to work as part of a fast-paced team to keep dishes flowing.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, dry, and store dishes, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish pit and keep sinks, racks, and surrounding areas clean.
• Break down and remove cardboard; monitor garbage cans and replace liners as needed.
• Monitor floors and keep walkways clear; mop and spot-clean spills as directed.
• Close by ensuring all dishes are sanitized, stored, and the dish area is reset for opening.
