Chick-fil-A Brooklyn Junction is hiring a Dishwasher / Utility Team Member to keep our kitchen clean, safe, and ready for operation. This role covers dishwashing, waste management, floor care, and preparation for opening.

You will work as part of a fast-moving, team-oriented crew. A proactive mindset and the ability to work with urgency are essential to meet our standards and close out the shift efficiently. No experience required; training is provided and opportunities for growth exist.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Willingness to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Team player with a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and store dishes and kitchenware throughout shift.
• Keep dish pit clean and organized at all times.
• Break down cardboard and remove trash to designated areas.
• Assist with general cleaning of floors, walls, and surfaces.
• Close the area by completing all cleaning tasks before end of shift.
