Vidor Health is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support kitchen operations and ensure residents receive meals with clean, sanitized dishes and utensils. This role is essential to maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, pots, and utensils; setting up and operating dishwashing areas; returning clean items to storage; sanitizing surfaces; and managing waste.

• Can safely and efficiently operate dishwashing equipment.
• Demonstrates strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Set up and operate: Prepare dishwashing and pot washing areas, and operate equipment properly.
• Distribute and store: Return clean dishes and utensils to their proper storage locations.
• Clean kitchen areas: Sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and surfaces as scheduled.
• Handle waste management: Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas.
