Job Summary:

This is an entry-level food service position responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. It also includes utility and/or maintenance duties in the restaurant as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
• Ability to use cleaning compounds and cleaning products safely.
• Exercise sound judgment and possess good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to walk, sit, and stand for long periods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance with state law.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Overtime may be required.
