Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Illinois is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by keeping dishware, cookware, and equipment clean and safe while meeting food safety standards. You will set up and maintain dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, and wash and sanitize items throughout shifts.

This role emphasizes accurate sanitation logs, daily and weekly cleaning tasks, and helping with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned

Pay Range:

15.40 - 18.70
