Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Dishwasher for Cardinal to support the dining team. The role emphasizes a positive attitude and dedication to resident satisfaction, with responsibilities that span dining service, dishwashing, and maintaining clean dining and kitchen areas.

This PRN position supports a compassionate care environment in Indiana, with opportunities to grow through team-focused training and benefits aligned with ASC’s CARE values.

Qualifications

• Commitment to customer service and willingness to help others with their needs.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet the needs of residents to provide a positive dining experience.
• Take resident meal orders as they are seated.
• Assist in preparation of meal items.
• Buss tables and wash dishes.
• Always maintain the dining room and kitchen area in clean condition.

Key Responsibilities of a Dishwasher include:

• Partner with culinary leaders to best meet the needs of residents to provide a positive dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Prior restaurant server experience.
