Job summary

American Senior Communities is hiring a Culinary Aide for a full-time night shift at Cypress Grove Rehab. You will help prepare meals, portion items according to dietary needs, and ensure residents receive compassionate care.

As part of a supportive team, you will assist in onboarding new teammates and coordinate with the Culinary Manager to meet resident needs, while upholding ASC’s CARE values and standards.

Key Responsibilities of a Dishwasher include:

• Making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve by providing them care and compassion
• Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.
• Assists in preparation and portion of meal items according to menu and diet requirements to accommodate resident needs.
• Communicates effectively with Culinary Manager throughout shift as needed to best meet needs of the residents.
