Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years and ability to balance multiple tasks safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Alaska Food Handler’s Card required.
• 1 year of food service / hospitality experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation; neat appearance and good hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean kitchen, washes and sorts dishes, and preps foods as needed.
• Washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and containers.
• Maintains trash cans and empties them at shift end.
• Follows directions and maintains standards per policy and Alaska DEC.
• Assists in food prep and other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Assists in washing kegs and other cleaning tasks.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk on concrete; operate equipment as required.
