Little Mamas Italian Kitchen is expanding to Cornelius and seeks hardworking, team-oriented individuals for a hybrid Dishwasher/Prep role in our kitchen. You will support dishwashing duties and prep tasks to help the culinary team maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing duties: operate dish machine, keep dishes and utensils sanitary, monitor equipment.
• Prep cook support: assist with chopping, portioning, stocking, and keeping prep areas clean.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization across kitchen areas.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
