Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safety-conscious with chemicals and detergents.
• ServSafe/Food Handler Card required.

Responsibilities

• Wash all bakery dishes by hand or machine.
• Sweep and mop floors and maintain trash areas.
• Take out trash, recycle, and break down boxes.
• Clean walls and shelves; organize dry and dirty dish areas.
• Follow health department guidelines for dishwashing and sanitation.
• Assist with light food prep per experience.
• Receive and put away orders.
• Close the dish area using end-of-day checklists.
