Old Town Catering Company in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. You will wash dishes, assist with food preparation, and help maintain a clean, sanitary work environment.

This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for advancement and employee meals during shifts. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual.

• Team player who stays busy and supports kitchen staff.
• Kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dish area and kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Assist with food prep, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling menu items.
• Take out trash and help maintain a clean work environment.
• Work with the kitchen team to help produce high-quality meals.
