Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, dry, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and smallwares.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly, including loading/unloading and chemical use.
• Maintain a clean, safe dish station and work area throughout the shift.
• Keep plates and utensils stocked to support service flow.
• Assist with basic prep tasks as needed and follow prep lists and recipes.
