Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to prepare foods during assigned shifts, follow recipes, and maintain sanitation standards. Prior kitchen experience is preferred and you’ll contribute to a clean, efficient operation and great guest service.

This role supports all areas of food production, requires flexibility for day and evening shifts, and emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to Grand Casino’s high standards in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all recipe and control procedures for prep items.
• Follow all recipes and production specifications.
• Adheres to sanitation guidelines for washing and storing dishes.
• Assist in all areas of food production as needed.
• Responsible for delivering excellent internal Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.
• Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all Associates, by setting positive examples at all times.
• Participates as a team member with Grand Casino associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with state health regulations.
• Maintains stock of all necessary items.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
