WHAT OUR DISHWASHER AND STOCKER TEAM MEMBERS DO:

• Operate dishwashing machines according to specifications
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware and dishes
• Wash, store, and handle all kitchenware and tableware carefully
• Roll silverware in linen for table settings
• Keep the dishroom clean and organized
• Monitor machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitation
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining floors
• Check for hazards and report issues
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules
• Assist with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Follow all safety procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, and work in wet conditions
• Reliable transportation for shifts up to 2 hours after restaurant closing
