Job summary

Uchi Charlotte is seeking dishwashers/porters at our Plaza Midwood location (1720 Commonwealth Ave, suite #100). Compensation is $18–$24 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits.

Ideal candidates will be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen in a friendly, hospitality‑driven team. We encourage growth within Hai Hospitality's growing family.

Qualifications

• Communicate with guests and staff clearly.
• Identify safety issues and follow guidelines.
• Lift/carry items up to 50 lbs and restock as needed.
• Stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen.
